...now presenting my new pet Putz (εις το ελληνιστί Πατς, short for Πατσαβούρης ), my 1.5 month-old Yorkshire Terrier which I got just today! He is uber cute and tiny, no more than 20cm long and 15cm tall, so i had to put on a collar with a little bell to make sure i don't accidentally walk him over. So far I have established he likes slippers more than shoes, is afraid of my big toe but has no problem with the rest of my fingers and , just like all babies I presume, is afraid of heights.
That didn't seem to stop him from climbing on my table though...
Don't know much more about him yet, but I can tell you with all certainty he is devilishly smart! He already follows me around wherever I go, not to pee or poop anywhere else other than on his floor diaper and finally to raise his paw whenever I wiggle my fingers in front of him asking for a handshake... and it's only been half a day! What I'm most grateful for though is his unwillingness (or inability, he's quite young) to bark. He only cries a little bit when he can't sever my thumb -sorry mate, it's attached- or generally has a difficult time tearing parts of things off but i have that under control, bought him a dozen chew toys already.
Of course, getting him to sit still for his photo shoot wasn't as easy...
Oh lord he's finally quietly resting next to me as I write this.

the trainee elves did not produce toys as fast as the regular ones, and Santa began to feel the Pre-Christmas pressure.
he found that three of them were about to give birth and two others had jumped the fence and were out, Heaven knows where.
He went to get the broom and found the mice had eaten all the straw off the end of the broom.
